Diss Track: Nissan Kicks x Kenny Mason

A car that’s got a sneaker tread, has BOSE speakers in the headrest, and comes in colorways you would never expect, deserves a campaign that absolutely oozes cool.

Picture yourself in New Orleans. Flying through the French Quarter.
Windows down. Breeze in your hair. Sun in your face.
Carole King is playing... and it’s mixed with Outkast? And it works... perfectly?

In the Nissan KICKS, the soundtrack of your life is in your hands.

And if you’ve ever found yourself dramatically looking out the window while it’s raining, we have, too...

But the KICKS love for music doesn’t stop there. With an award-winning Diss Track from Kenny Mason, to a reinvention story with BLK ODYSSY and Rolling Stone, to Raiche hearing her song on iHeart Radio in a KICKS for the first time this campaign was filled to the brim with perfectly curated vibes and sounds.

Mixed by DJ Earworm, “Mashup” uses Carole King’s “I Feel the Earth Move” and Outkast’s “The Way You Move” to highlight the BOSE speakers built in the KICKS headrests.
“The Switch Up” celebrates the debut of All-Wheel Drive in the KICKS in a place where the music, the weather, and AWD work in harmony. Queue, “Let it Rain” by Paco Versailles and “Hello Sunshine” by Wilson Pickett.

And of course, in its debut, we have to have stills.
